Why
Wolfburgh was founded by Niall Roxburgh, born in Scotland and after graduating from University at the age of 21, packed his bags and moved to Vancouver Canada. Young, ambitious, very naive, he quickly found himself going down the wrong road. Problems with addiction, anxiety, and chronic pain meant his early twenties were not the most productive for him.
Finally enough was enough and just before Covid -19 in February 2020 he decided to address his problems and get his life back on track.
It was during lock down at his lowest point he decided to start training consistently from home, for what? He had no idea but it would all become very clear as the months went on.
He began to see progress physically but more important, mentally. The consistent exercise was beginning to positively impact his mind. He had only been doing body weight training with no equipment and decided he wanted to take his training up a notch but from home, so he purchased Olympic Training Rings, it was after his first ever workout with these rings the initial idea of Wolfburgh began.

And with that Wolfburgh was born.
Here at Wolfburgh, we have experienced first hand the benefits of consistent strength + mobility training and the positive impact this has on the body mind and soul. This has inspired us to raise awareness of the importance of consistent exercise to improve the quality of our lives and those around us and to provide people with simple, cost-effective, workout equipment and support they need.

It's been scientifically proven that exercise and movement reduce stress, Improve mood, decrease inflammation and increase energy. Combining this with a solid mental game and with some goals in place, you can take on any challenge.
Exercise and mindful thinking ideally should be incorporated into your daily routine like drinking water, sleeping, and brushing your teeth.
